Scott is a narrative cinematographer who passionately champions the primacy of storytelling in his craft. With a firm belief in leading with empathy, he meticulously dissects narratives, collaborating closely with directors to delve into the intricate motives and desires of each character on screen. Drawing from his extensive experience as a professional gaffer and camera operator, Scott's leadership style is rooted in fostering an environment where creative partners across all departments are empowered to excel. A graduate of the American Film Institute under the Tom Yoda Scholarship, Scott honed his skills under the mentorship of renowned cinematographers who ignited his career path. His journey took a significant leap with the production of the Showtime Feature Film "Useless Humans" shortly after completing his education. Beyond the realm of cinematography, Scott's adventurous spirit shines through in his favorite pastime of exploring diverse experiences, always open to trying new things without necessarily mastering them. Known for his thought-provoking discussions on various philosophies, Scott is a valued collaborator for engaging conversations and insightful exchanges.
